09 – Trim line

Description

Replacement Trim line for our Max bar and trim systems. Composite structure of a dyneema line with a PU core give them the perfect grip in the cleat and just enough stiffness to stop them wrapping round other parts of the bar.
They come in 2 thicknesses: 5.5mm for the micro cleat and Ronstan Orbit pulleys and 6.5mm for the standard size clamcleat.

XS ~900mm
S ~1200mm
M ~1550mm
L ~1900mm

You can measure your existing trim line to find the length or use the list below, lengths are for a 300mm trim range in the 1:2 and 1:3 systems and 200mm range in the 1:4 trim system. Loose end to grab is the part that sticks out at the clamcleat when the stopper knot is against the cleat at full power:

1:2 trim system – 240mm range
– 150mm to grab – XXS 700mm
– 350mm to grab – XS 900mm
– 650mm to grab – S 1200mm

1:2 trim system – 340mm range
